Terms of Trade

These terms and conditions are set to help control the mutual business relationship between you and Rewa&Co. Hence, we advise customers to look over the terms of our service.

It is important to note that by enquiring to make a purchase, you are hereby agreeing to the provisions required for your product. As a result, we will ensure your needs are also handled with care and requests are implied as seen fit.

 

Personalised & Customised

Please ensure spelling checks are correct for your personalised requests. e.g; (Full name, DOB,messages, scriptures).

We will not be held responsible if an order shows incorrect spelling unless it was a mistake made on our behalf e.g; (spelling error or miscommunication from Rewa&Co)

 

Drafts

Rewa&Co do not do mock ups or samples as we go by reference. The process of making an order is time consuming therefore we ask that you send through a photo of preference for your request.

 

Turnaround time

Rewa&Co operates from Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm

Our turnaround timeframe is 2 weeks.
For an urgent request is a 5 day turnaround.

We retain the right to object any person(s) at any time if we feel that he/she has displayed inappropriate behaviour or has neglected the terms of our service. Moreover, as an independent business, we are in complete control of making modifications to our services times, products and prices at any time. Thus, enquiring to make an order with us is an indication to your adherence with these terms and conditions

 

Payments

Direct bank Transfer – Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Visa/ Direct Debit – Details direct debit/ Visa are manually processed.

Afterpay – If you choose to select Afterpay, you will be redirected to your app to complete your 4 week payment plan.

Rush Fee- Note that any orders placed before the 2 week turnaround time will incur a fee of $300 (NZD).

 

Pick up & shipping

Pick up:

An address will be provided to you directly once we have received full payment. This will be notified privately a day before you are required to make the pick up.

Shipping:

  • Shipping within NZ standard: 2-5 days
  • Shipping within NZ express : Overnight
  • Shipping within Australia standard: 5-10days
  • Shipping within Australian express: 2 – 6 days

Note: We do not offer free shipping, shipping costs will be added to your item of purchase.

     

    Returns, exchange & refunds

    We do not hold responsibility for any items that have been returned damaged in the midst of delivery.

    All our products provided by us are carefully packed and heavily examined before releasing for shipment.

    If you have received your purchase in faulty conditions, please allow up to 24 hours to contact us via email. with proof of the damages. We will then investigate the damages following a step by step protocol in order to establish if the item can be replaced or returned.

    Should we agree to a return examination, we ask for the customers to package the original item as it was received. customers will also be required to pay for the shipping costs. Please ensure packaging is carefully secured to avoid further damages. Rewa&Co reserves the right to refuse any returns that have not satisfied the conditions above.

    Refund and replacements will not be provided if the customer simply:

    • change of mind
    • cancelled event/no longer needed anymore
    • do not like the piece
    • ruined in their care
